plot
the 1830s, a lonely young Ellen calls out for a supernatural presence to ease her isolation, unknowingly awakening Count Orlok, a mysterious and menacing vampire who binds her to an eternal pact. Years later, in 1838, now married to Thomas Hutter and living in Wisburg, Germany, Ellen begins experiencing haunting dreams and a supernatural connection to Orlok, who manipulates events to draw her closer to him.
Thomas is sent to Transylvania to finalize a property deal with Orlok, only to fall victim to the vampire’s sinister influence. Orlok sets sail for Wisburg, spreading a deadly plague, while Ellen battles a growing bond with the Nosferatu and learns that only her willing sacrifice can save her town. As Ellen distracts Orlok with her blood, allowing the sunrise to destroy him, she dies in Thomas’ arms, her sacrifice breaking the Nosferatu’s curse and freeing Wisburg from its horrors.
